Xiaomi Band 7 fitness bracelet with GPS launched

The seventh generation Xiaomi Band 7 was the successor to the Mi Band 6 and was launched in China at the same time as the Redmi Note 11T Pro and 11T Pro Plus smartphones.

The Xiaomi Band 7 is equipped with a 1.56-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 490×192 pixels and a pixel density of 326 PPI. The screen has a slim bezel, increased viewing angle, Always On Display support and over 120 different watch faces.

The battery capacity is 180 mAh. And there’s also support for fast charging. The Xiaomi Band 7 weighs around 13 grams. The bracelet is available in six colours: black, white, green, brown, orange, and blue.

The bracelet works with Android or iOS devices. Water resistance expected to be 5ATM. Since there is a built-in GPS function, you can record your walking or running with just the wristband (you won’t need a smartphone for this any more).

Not forgetting the smart alarm function and the power-saving mode to extend the running time. The fitness bracelets are equipped with the following sensors: SpO2 monitor (blood oxygen sensor), sleep tracker, step counter and vibration motor for alerts.

The bracelets are sold in two versions: Standard Edition and NFC Edition (the only difference is the presence of NFC module). The Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 7 costs $44 for the model with NFC and $37 for the version without NFC.
